Dental Payment Processing
Collect at checkout, after insurance pays, and across a treatment plan, without adding work for the front desk.
Built Around How Dental Practices Collect
Most practices collect the same visit two or three times: an estimate today, the balance after the claim settles, and sometimes a monthly plan.

Payments That Work With Open Dental
If your practice runs on Open Dental, we can connect card payments to your practice management software so payments post to the patient ledger and your team isn’t keying amounts twice.
Using different software? Tell us what you run. We’ll confirm what integrates before you sign, and recommend a standalone setup if an integration isn’t available.
HSA, FSA and Health Spending Cards
Many patients pay for dental work with pre-tax health spending cards.

Dental Payment Processing FAQs
Can we store a card for balances after insurance?
Yes. With the patient’s authorization, you can keep a card on file securely and charge the remaining balance once the claim settles. The card number is stored by the payment gateway, not in your office.
Do you work with multi-location practices and DSOs?
Yes. Each location can have its own account and deposits, with reporting you can view across all of them.
Can patients pay online?
Yes. You can send a payment link by text or email, or add a secure payment page to your website through a payment gateway.
Will switching interrupt the practice?
No. We program your equipment before it arrives and schedule the switch around your hours, so the front desk keeps collecting.

Send us a recent processing statement and we’ll show you side by side what you pay today and what you’d pay with USCS.
